Today we remind everyone that licensing renewals in New York State are extended per the Governor's Executive Order. ANNUAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS The number of people found without the required training for renewal is surprising. As a reminder, here are your requirements as a Licensed Security Person in New York: Unarmed Security One 8 Hour Annual Training Course Every Calendar Year (January 1st through December 31st.
