The Mission of the Protection & Public Safety Training provided is to provide a superior environment that enables protection practitioners to protect those they serve better. Our mission in training for the general public is to provide awareness, understanding, and self-preservation.

We believe in more than one approach to learning, the Synergistic Approach in Training is to approach instruction through variable viewpoints based on experiences and knowledge of many while continually evolving – with a fixed set of goals and philosophies.

We treat each student as an individual.  Every student is unique with particular capacities, skills, backgrounds, strengths, and weaknesses – our primary focus is to guide our students to reach training objectives regardless of their position.

We treat our students with consideration and respect, and as colleagues – we treat every student equally and fairly – believing instructors and students share responsibility in qualitative training results.

We maintain an open dialogue between students and instructors utilizing open communication practices and effective coaching methods – involving students through briefings and debriefings before and after every evolution.

Our expectation of instructors and staff is to engage themselves and the students in everyday practice to meet individual and expectations in obtaining our goals of improvement and learning.

We pledge to our students that we will treat them fairly without preference or prejudice while supporting their goals and accomplishments in learning and improving their abilities.
